How Level 4 lockdown impacts landlords and tenants
Moving into lockdown Level 4 did bring relief for some but brought little change to the rental market as tenants are still unable to move out of their current rental premises and estate agents may not do physical inspections. One change is that landlords may apply for eviction orders but it may only be executed after Level 4 ends.
